Our Beeline package is back! The Carbon Fiber Super Bee CF112 & Carbon Fiber Beehive make up this incredible package. The package comes with our matte finish Carbon Fiber CF112 intake plenum (MAF Forward) & heat shroud. No cutting whatsoever.
Tuning is required with this intake. Otherwise you will run Super Lean IN open loop. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
The application for the 2005-2006 LS2 requires the optional Probe Style MAF sensor and conversion wire harness to allow. Logos shown in the pictures are not available at this time. Our carbon fiber products are not returnable; each is made custom to order. These are prepreg matte finish. We do not apply a clear coat. If you want a gloss finish, you will need to arrange to have a clear coat applied.

Halltech CF112 BEEHIVE only
The Halltech CF112 comes with only our custom carbon fiber matte finish BEEHIVE (and appropriate trimming and fasteners).
Once installed, we do not recommend cutting any holes in your radiator shroud (in an attempt to get more air to the filter). It is not necessary and will cause lean codes and surging.

Halltech Black Killer Bee™ MF103
The MF103 is our Plug and Play induction system for the LS3 and LS7. It is designed to require no additional tuning, but if you tune your car, expect 31 to 35 RWHP total with the MF103.

Halltech Black Killer Bee™ MF108 Cold Air Induction C6 Z06 LS7 (06-13)
NEW WORLD RECORD BOLT ON ONLY Z06 DRIVEN BY GARY HILLEN RUNS [email protected] mph 1/4 mile with the Halltech Killer Bee™ MF108R onboard. Gary's previous record of 10.10 was run with the Halltech Killer Bee™ onboard. The Killer Bee™ MF108R requires TUNING (MAF table recal). The MF108R has better than stock LS3 idle manners due to the MAF forward design and integrated velocity stack built into the filter flange. How does it perform on an LS3? How about 10.67 @129! Cam and bolt ons only.
This cold air intake system is as close to ram air as you can get, and does not require MAF or other recalibration that is necessary with most other intakes.

Halltech MF KILLER BEE Replacement Bridge only
Replacement MF KILLER BEE bridge. Select size at checkout.
- The MF103 has a nominal internal diameter of 103mm at the MAF sensor, just like the stock intake. That is a cross-sectional area of 8,332 square mm.
- the MF108 has a nominal internal diameter of 108mm at the MAF sensor. That is 10% more area that the stock intake (9,161 square mm). Because of this increase, a tune is required.
- as you've probably guessed by now, the CF112 has a nominal internal diameter of 112mm at the MAF sensor. That's a huge 18% increase over stock (9,852 square mm). Thus, a tune will most certainly be required. This matte finish CF option is made to order, so it takes a week or two to ship.

Halltech C5/C6 SuperBee™ Replacement Filter (4.5" flange)
Replacement 4.5" flanged Filter. This is our CURRENT C5/C6 SuperBee filter made exclusively for Halltech by S&B and TKO. It fits the Killer Bee MF103/MF108/CF112 intake systems, the Killer Bee II, C5 Venom II and C6 Venom II. It will not fit the 1st Gen Killer Bee, which had a smaller 4" inlet (unless you add the 4.5-4.0" bushing reducer shown in the last few photos). No returns on filters. This filter has filtered air for a 9.97 @ 137.74 mph 1/4 mile run on a bolt on only Z06, a 9.97 139 mph run on a cam and heads Z06, and a 10.67 129mph run on a C6 base LS3 with bolt ons and cam only. It will flow enough air for any n/a application to 1000 HP.

Halltech Cold-Core™ Thermal Sleeve
Halltech's Cold-Core™ philosophy is to keep the intake air as cold as possible, for as long as possible.
The Halltech Cold-Core™ Thermal Sleeve is an 18-inch heat-resistant sleeve designed to help protect Halltech intake tubes from engine-compartment heat. Constructed from heat-resistant DuPont™ Nomex® aramid fabric combined with a stretch elastomer, the sleeve creates a lightweight thermal barrier around the intake tube to help reduce heat transfer into the incoming air.
Depending on the Halltech intake system, the 18-inch length may also extend far enough to cover portions of our Flex-Lock™ throttle-body hose and/or filter neck. The flexible construction allows the sleeve to conform to the intake system, and a simple slit can be made to provide access to MAF sensors or PCV fittings where required.
Real-World Testing
The Cold-Core™ Thermal Sleeve has been tested under real-world driving conditions. During a test with 70°F ambient temperatures, 30 minutes of normal driving followed by a high-speed run to 130 mph maintained intake air temperatures at approximately ambient temperature throughout the test.
Following the 130-mph run, the vehicle was allowed to idle for 60 seconds, causing IATs to rise to 78°F—only 8°F above ambient. After just one additional block of driving, IATs dropped back to 72°F.

4.5" to 4.0" TPU Filter Adapter
This precision 3D-printed TPU adapter allows our current 4.5" C5/C6 SuperBee filter to fit Halltech's original 4.0" intake bridges, providing backward compatibility for legacy intake systems. The adapter features molded-in grip ridges on both the inside and outside surfaces, creating positive engagement with the intake bridge and the filter's internal ridge profile for a secure, clamped connection.
