  • The MF103 has a nominal internal diameter of 103mm at the MAF sensor, just like the stock intake. That is a cross-sectional area of 8,332 square mm.
  • the MF108 has a nominal internal diameter of 108mm at the MAF sensor. That is 10% more area that the stock intake (9,161 square mm). Because of this increase, a tune is highly recommended.
  • as you've probably guessed by now, the CF112 has a nominal internal diameter of 112mm at the MAF sensor. That's a huge 18% increase over stock (9,852 square mm). Thus, a tune will most certainly be required. This CF option is made to order, so it takes a week or two to ship.

Halltech SuperBee™ Replacement Filter 4.5" flange Halltech SuperBee™ Replacement Filter 4.5" flange

Replacement 4.5" flanged Filter. This is our CURRENT C5/C6 SuperBee filter made exclusively for Halltech by S&B and TKO. It fits the Killer Bee MF103/MF108/CF112 intake systems, the Killer Bee II, C5 Venom II and C6 Venom II. It will not fit the 1st Gen Killer Bee, which had a smaller 4" inlet (unless you add the 4.5-4.0" bushing reducer shown in the last few photos). No returns on filters. This filter has filtered air for a 9.97 @ 137.74 mph 1/4 mile run on a bolt on only Z06, a 9.97 139 mph run on a cam and heads Z06, and a 10.67 129mph run on a C6 base LS3 with bolt ons and cam only. It will flow enough air for any n/a application to 1000 HP.

This is the stock C6 throttle body (LS7/LS3) to Killer Bee (4.5" i.d.) silicone connector hose.  The internal dimensions are approximately 4.5" x 4".  Length is about 3".  Black Silicone 4-ply rubber.  Comes with a small hole for the PCV nipple (if you prefer no hole, please specify). Comes with stainless steel hose clamps.  PCV fitting is an optional purchase at checkout.

Halltech WP102 Throttle Body Connector Hose Halltech WP102 Throttle Body Connector Hose

Nick Williams Performance 2.5" long WP 102 Throttle Body Connector Hose is our proprietary 4-ply black silicone hose made to couple the Halltech C6 Killer Bee to the Nick Williams 102 Throttle Body.  This hose is about 4.5" at the large end for our KB, and approximately 4.1" at the small end to fit tightly over the NW t/b.  If you anticipate putting the larger throttle body on your motor at a later date, or have already, you will need this hose to make it all work. Comes with stainless steel hose clamps.  Please indicate in  if you require the PCV nipple hole.  PCV fitting is an optional purchase at checkout.

Halltech Kevlar 24" Insulative Sleeve Halltech Kevlar 24" Insulative Sleeve

Halltech black Kevlar® 24" heat barrier sleeve to completely insulate any of our Halltech intake tubes. Isolates the IAT flow from the hot under hood air temps. The 24" length is enough to also cover the throttle body hose. Just cut a slit to access the MAF sensor and/or PCV fitting locations.

2-ply seamless construction for maximum heat resistance. The Kevlar fiber provides high tensile strength relative to its weight. Will not melt, ignite, or conduct electricity.

This product works as advertised. 30 minutes of normal driving, and one hot run to 130 mph (70°F ambient) saw 70°F IATs during the whole test, except after the 130 mph test, with a 60 second idle directly after. IATs went up to 78°F, or +8°F over ambient, then went back down to 72°F after 1 more block of driving.
