Gain as much as 15 additional HP to your C6 with a Halltech BEEHIVE heat shield*. This particular version is custom cut to fit around the stock LS3/7 GM intake.

In addition to isolating hot engine cavity air from your intake, this heat shield provides some ram air through your filter.

Once installed, we do not recommend cutting any holes in your radiator shroud (in an attempt to get more air to the filter). It is not necessary and will cause lean codes and surging.

Featuring easy pop-in installation, this kit includes the following:
  • Laser cut ABS heat shield (with knock-out hole for the LS3 resonator mount)
  • 2 barb fasteners
  • 3 edge-trim** pieces for the front edges and cutout around the intake tube
  • Gasket** to better seal the front of the shroud under the hood
  • ** gasket and trim type may differ from what is shown in photos or videos
* based on testing done with the Halltech Killer Bee intake assembly
Tuning Information
  • This beehive heat shield is designed to require no tuning. Tuning, however, will result in an increase in horsepower and torque.
