Halltech Flex-Lock™ 4-3.75" Hump Hose:

  • ID on intake end is 4" to fit our Stinger series intake bridges
  • ID on throttle body end is 3.75" to fit a stock C7 t/b
  • Hose length is 3", and hose thickness is nominally .142"
  • Includes two stainless steel hose clamps.
  • Make sure to request the added hole if you need the PCV capability (PCV elbow fitting available during checkout, if desired)
  • (Make sure to request the added notch if you need it for our C6 Venom V2026 (05-07 LS2) System)

Our exclusive Flex-Lock™ hose design combines controlled flexibility with positive mechanical grip to create a more secure, resilient connection between the throttle body and intake system. Each mandrel-formed hose features a seven-layer, Nomex®-reinforced silicone construction, a compliant hump section to accommodate engine movement and torque, and internal grip ridges at each end to increase engagement with the throttle body and intake tube.

The result is a transition hose engineered to flex where it needs to flex—and lock securely where it needs to hold.
