The MF103 has a nominal internal diameter of 103mm at the MAF sensor, just like the stock intake. That is a cross-sectional area of 8,332 square mm.
the MF108 has a nominal internal diameter of 108mm at the MAF sensor. That is 10% more area that the stock intake (9,161 square mm). Because of this increase, a tune is highly recommended.
as you've probably guessed by now, the CF112 has a nominal internal diameter of 112mm at the MAF sensor. That's a huge 18% increase over stock (9,852 square mm). Thus, a tune will most certainly be required. This CF option is made to order, so it takes a week or two to ship.
