Halltech Ram Air Tunnel Port™ Carbon Fiber.  This port comes in pure carbon fiber made for Halltech by the company that makes the C6.R and C6.RS body panels.  It can be painted, but the pure carbon fiber look is outstanding.  Aluminum mesh screen is not epoxy on, since some folks will paint or clear coat this before installation.  The high pressure zone on the C5 is the license plate area.  You will have to cut the fascia to open this up to the underhood area.  Massive airflow to the filter, oil cooler, or just cooling the engine bay.  Not legal in states requiring a front license plate.
