Halltech Hornet™102mm Nylon 66 Glass Impregnated MAF Short Throw Housing-This is our exclusive 102mm MAF sensor housing, which can be used a a separate MAF for forced induction applications. It is already integrated into the Killer Bee™ II LS3 Ambient Air Induction System. It utilizes the stock LS7 or LS3 Hitachi MAF meter, and has a OEM style receiver for the o-ring gasket for a perfect seal. This pricing does not include the wideband LS9 MAF meter (15,000 Hz capable) shown in the picture. Marine grade stainless steel allen screws and washers come with this MAF housing. The AC Delco meter is optional.

Independent engine dyno testing by Competition Cam has shown +8 HP with the Halltech Hornet™ 102 MAF Housing and the stock LS7 vs. the Delphi 85 meter This MAF cannot be used in place of the stock Delphi MAF sensor in the stock application. We use this MAF housing in our Killer Bee™ AAIS by integrating it into the bridge for ultra high flow.
No other MAF meter in the world features our short throw MAF due to the length of the MAF tower. This provides less restriction to flow, and our exit size is approximately 103.5mm. Read area is 102.5mm. The body is Nylon 66 for heat resistance and durability. IMPORTANT: VERY LITTLE CLAMPING PRESSURE NEEDED ON EITHER SIDE OF THE SENSOR DURING HOSE CLAMP TORQUE TO AVOID COLLAPSE.
