Halltech Z06/GS Rear Carbon Brake Ducts R&L Sides replace the plastic insert ducting with pure carbon fiber inserts, but with slightly larger lips to hide and protect the rear quarter panels from rock chips. The carbon fiber will not chip. These ducts are made by the same company that makes parts for Pratt and Miller race cars like the Daytona Prototype and C6.RS Corvette. All Halltech carbon fiber is dry carbon, which is vacuum bagged and oven cured for lightweight and strength.

Case pricing. Product Description Developed under the most severe racing conditions, Torco SR-5 offers the highest level of performance and protection for highly modified race engines. SR-5 utilizes Group IV/V synthetic base oil chemistries and additive technologies engineered to with stand extreme loads, constant severe temperatures and maximum engine revolutions. SR-5 utilizes Torco's race specific MPZ® technology which reduces frictional losses for maximizing horsepower and torque. Please specify viscosity. SR-5 comes in 0-W20, 5W30, 5W40, 5W50 (recommended on forged piston motors), and 20W50. Additive Spec: MPZ® Molybdenum Diathiophosphate, Phosphorus, and Zinc. This additive is not the black Moly, but a liquid form of Molybdenum which allows a reduction in Zinc without the loss of wear properties. It is an extremely expensive additive, but it has shown to increase horsepower by up to 1% on the engine dyno.

The TR Clutch line-up is designed for vehicles which have substantial increases in engine power and will be used mostly for racing with mild street use. The billet aluminum cover provides a more direct clutch pedal feel, but still maintains its street drivability due to the unique leverage mechanism of the diaphragm spring which reduces overall pedal effort. This is the clutch of choice on the Halltech 660 HP ULZ700, which contributed 30lbs weight savings to our 4.28lb/hp Z06.

The Halltech Killer Bee™ II 2001-2004 C6 LS1/LS6 Conversion Package will provide airflow to 950 HP on the Z06, so it may be overkill for the average LS6. The package includes the all new C5 Killer Bee™ II Cold Air Induction System designed originally for the C6Z06, and includes the probe style LS7/LS3/LS9 MAF sensor, Halltech wire harness pigtail for the connectors for plug and play wiring. This package has made close to 600 RWHP on 427 C5s (Boos Performance in MN). You must reflash the ECM with new MAF transfer curve tables. Halltech Honeycomb 1/8" Cell Laminar Flow Straightener is a direct 1 minute plug and play high flow straightener for the C5 Corvette style Delphi MAF meter; It also fits the 2005-2007 C6 base car LS2 (not the LS7). This unit will eliminate lean codes on the 2001-2004 C5 Z06 in all aftermarket intake applications. It can also replace the 1/16" honeycell on the LS1-LS2 MAF, which is very restrictive. (See Larger Pics section) These aluminum honeycomb screens are very fragile and cannot be returned. Interestingly, this eliminates lean codes on many intakes made by Vararam, and other turbulent bottom breathers.

The stock drive shaft and rubber guibo ends weigh 8.85 pounds. The Pfadt Carbon Fiber drive shaft assembly weighs only 4.28 pounds!! That is a weight savings of 52%. What's important is that this weight reduction is rotating mass. This is the driveshaft on the Halltech ULZ700 4.28lbs/hp Z06.

Halltech's DeepHive Modified ZR1 radiator baffle (shroud) is for the LS3 or LS7 where more airflow is desired to the filter area and ambient outside air instantly to your Halltech filter. It may cause some minor surging, but if you are looking for cold air without the risk of a ram air system, this is the ticket. Originally designed with the drag racer in mind who has the Halltech Super Bee MF103 and is looking for another source of cold air. Pre-cut by Halltech. We recommend this mod without the open slots for those that modify their NACA duct for increased pressure to the filter.

If you decide to bring in more airflow than the factory provides, the NACA duct modification requires removal of the front fascia to modify the fascia bracket.
